Aluminum

sulfuric acid Aluminum (sulfuric acid O-ド)

Water purification

(In Japan’s water supply, PAC is used most)

PAC is expensive as well as sulfate sulfate but high turbidity Can be used for raw water of

Poly aluminum chloride (PAC)

Iron-based

Polyferric sulfate (polyiron)

Factory water and wastewater treatment

Sewage sludge treatment

Demand for summer increases due to the deodorizing effect.

Polysilica iron flocculant (PSI)

An alternative to aluminum flocculant

Cationic (cationic)

It is generated by urban drainage (sewage, human waste, etc.) treatment

Promotion of dewatering organic sludge

Human health compared to chemical systems because of biological origin

And the impact on the ecosystem is expected to be reduced

Anionic system (anionic)

— Clearing and settling of general industrial wastewater, promotion of filtration

It can be used properly depending on the application.

Anion system is combined with an inorganic coagulant

It is used for general purpose.

Nonion system (middle class)

Often used in acid drainage.

K-Kun series details

K-Kun / ST-200

An all-purpose Flocculant used for all kinds of wastewater.

K-Kun / Zp

A stronger flocculant than ST-200 specialized for waste such as paint wastewater.

K-Kun / T

Our best coagulant for wastewater with alkaline pH.

K-Kun / Atom free

Our coagulant with cesium adsorption effect

It has accumulated 100 million becquerels of cesium

( The detection limit value )

 APPLICATIONS

  • Water treatment of industrial discharge :Treatment of water discharged from various factories including paint, food, and semi-conductor factories
  • Water treatment during construction :Treatment of water discharged after washing concrete or drilling, water containing sludge, water after road cutting.
  • Improvement of the natural environment :Stabilizing sludge and blue-green algae water in lakes, rivers, ponds, and reservoirs.

FEATURES

① Amazingly fast solidification:

Solidification occurs at an amazing speed.

Fine solids suspended in the water, which other flocculants cannot remove, are also solidified.

② Easy to use:

Fundamentally, K-Kun can be used on discharged effluent which is mildly acidic to alkaline without pH adjustment.

In addition, even in cases where the water volume changes, adjusting the amount of K-Kun is simple, no special knowledge or skill is needed.

③ Simple post-process:

Generated floc (sediment) is large, with low viscosity, de-watering process is simple.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATION

The main ingredient of “K-Kun” is shirasu (volcanic ash) which exists in abundance in Kagoshima prefecture. Because the main ingredient is a natural mineral, the burden on the natural environment is reduced.

  • “K-Kun” does not contain any harmful elements, and can be used to clean lakes and rivers without worry.
  • Discharged water after solidification treatment has passed various tests, such as the fish acute toxicity test (Japanese killifish).
  • Can be used to treat even fine solids suspended in water for which other flocculants are ineffective. “K-Kun” has gained the support of many customers who are concerned about the environment.
